The young lady who was seen being flogged on the portico of Wa Naa’s Palace last week has spoken out about her ordeal.

The nameless lady expressed her dissatisfaction with the social and psychological consequences of her thrashing.

Because the aggressors had beaten her all along, she said that what was shown in the viral video was simply the second leg of her journey.

A woman who was flogged and tied to a post in front of the Wa Naa’s palace in the Upper East Region has informed the BBC that she will be unable to return to work.

Three men have been arrested as a result of the event. They are chasing the other suspects in order to apprehend them and bring them to justice.
