Koliko is a rural community in the Akuapem North Municipality with a population of roughly 600 people.

The only water in this little community appears to be used by the residents and animals in the area, indicating that there is a problem with clean water.

The residents who are mostly farmers have pleaded which Nana Akufo-Addo and his government to come to their aid as things are getting out of hand.

According to a report from PeaceFM, these occupants use their water source with cows, goats, sheep, and many other things that pollute the water.

Residents of Koliko (Akuapem North Municipality) have complained of a variety of unusual illnesses as a result of the contaminated drinking water.

They further stated that they have no choice but to use the same water that is giving them health complications since there is no clean water in the village.
