Popular priestess, Nana Agradaa, also known as Patricia Asiedua has burnt all her idols. This was done to demonstrate her sincerity in her repentance.
The priestess, who claimed that she had committed her life to Christ and is no longer involved in fetishism, requested that some Pastors pray for her and assist her in getting rid of all things related to her “gods.”
All of her idols were burned on Thursday, April 29th, 2021 morning, in the presence of a Pastor, her husband, who is also a Pastor, and the media.
Nana Agradaa was arrested for illegally running two television stations. Apart from others, Nana Agradaa’s two TV stations, Thunder TV and Ice1 TV were shut down. However, she pleaded not guilty to the charges and was given bail on the condition that she surrender her passport to the court’s registry.
Priestess Nana Agradaa was briefly apprehended again after an Accra Circuit Court issued her a 5,000 self-recognizance bail on Thursday, April 22.
Agradaa, who shared her joy at being free at a press conference she organized after her release from police custody, said she would no longer partake in fetishism.
The former priestess, who is married to Pastor Eric Oduro Koranteng and a mother of two, has asked for forgiveness from all those she has offended, especially pastors, in the future.
Evangelist Patricia Oduro Koranteng, according to Agradaa, was rescued by Jesus Christ and given the name Evangelist Patricia Oduro Koranteng.
However, some members of the public criticized her repentance, calling it a ruse to gain attention from the public and the law after she supposedly defrauded a large number of people.
