It has been reported that Empress Nana Ama Mcbrown, an incredibly talented Ghanaian actress and TV host, has resigned from her position as host of the United Showbiz section that airs on Despite Media’s United Television.
In response to an interview Afia Schwarzenegger received on their most recent episode of United Showbiz, the Ashanti Regional Chairman, Bernard Antwi Bosiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi, sued the media industry.
Social media users began discussing Chairman Wontumi and Afia Schwarzenegger’s alleged covert romance after the actress disclosed their sexual relationship and claimed to have dated the politician for sixteen months.
She reportedly made some derogatory remarks about the lawmaker, which drew varied reactions on social media, with many criticizing the media outlet for inviting such a divisive figure to the program despite knowing well well that her comments might cause another wahala.
Well, amid all the commotion, Nana Ama Mcbrown is apparently quitting her position as host of the United Showbiz program.
According to sources, Nana Ama Mcbrown personally informed Fadda Dickson that she would no longer serve as presenter of the program, possibly as a result of the mounting tension following the contentious episode with Afia Schwarzenegger.
However, neither Nana Ama McBrown nor Fadda Dickson nor the media outlet has confirmed this.
